Windows 10 Mobile Preview Build 10586.107
There is also an official Microsoft post by Gabe (that also appears in the Windows 10 Insider Hub app) that describes what’s new in this build:
Fixed an issue where in some cases a device could be missing tiles on the Start screen after going through the device out of box experience.Improved support in Narrator to speak in multiple languages.Improvements to the device reset experience when BitLocker\Device Encryption is enabled by enterprise policy or by the user.
New Release Preview Ring
Along with the news up the new build for Windows 10 Mobile, we also found out that there is a new ring being added to the Windows Insider program. The new ring is called Windows Insider Release Preview. This applies to both PC users and Windows 10 Mobile. To put it simply, this is slower than the slow ring.
Here’s what you can look for in the new ring according to Microsoft:
Release Preview – Best for Insiders who enjoy getting early access to updates for the Current Branch, Microsoft applications, and drivers, with minimal risk to their devices, and still want to provide feedback to make Windows devices great.
