On Monday, Microsoft announced it launched a handy interactive website that will help you choose your next PC based on your specific needs. The site is aptly named Windows Help Me Choose. Here’s a look.
Windows Help Me Choose
The site walks you through a series of questions asking what your computing needs are and the features you want. After answering a series of questions, you get a list of suggested systems based on your answers. Click the Buy Now button and it will provide you a list of prices and retailers near your location that you can purchase the device from.
In addition to helping you choose the appropriate form factor like a Surface Pro, laptop or traditional desktop, it will also help you pick the right device based on unique Windows 10 features like Windows Hello facial recognition, Inking abilities, Microsoft Edge, or Cortana. While it’s aimed at helping users purchase the right Windows 10 PC, it also offers additional information about other Windows 10 features, license upgrades if you’re upgrading from Windows 7 or 8.1, and the ability to check for the latest updates for the OS. If you’re an experienced power user, chances are this site won’t be very useful for you. However, if you’re new to computing or Windows 10, whether you are a gamer, student, executive, graphic artist, or just need the basics, this site will help you pick the right device or version of Windows 10 you need. It should help you get started at least. What is your preferred Windows 10 device and did the new site help you out? Leave a comment below and let us know. Thanks for this great news, Brian! Hp Pavilion 24 was priced at $1,780, Lenovo Ideacentre was unpriced, and Microsoft Surface Studio was priced at $2,999. All three models offered can be purchased much more cheaply at my local retail store! Comment Name * Email *
